QUILT BACKING - How many Fat Quarters

These measurements assume that the fat quarters are squared up to 17″ x 19″ before sewing.  Not all fat quarters are cut accurately – and some people wash their fabrics – so these measurements reflect that.  Then, they are sewn with a 1/4″ seam….
