Refunds
Items will only be refunded or exchanged should the item be faulty or you receive an incorrect item. Please choose carefully as we do not refund for items chosen incorrectly or if you change your mind.
Should there be a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please do not return any items until you have contacted us first. We will not cover postage costs of unauthorised returns.

Due to Copyright Law we cannot exchange or make refunds on patterns, books and other printed material.
