Delivery

Our usual turn around time for orders is 24 - 48 hours, with the exception of orders placed after close of business Friday through to opening of business on Monday.  If we are unable to meet this deadline due to out of stock items or the like, we will contact you.  The majority of orders are processed the same day or within 24 hours.

We use Express Parcel Post Satchels or Regular Parcel Post Satchels (through Australia Post) for our deliveries within Australia.  Delivery is the next business day within Express post areas and within 2 - 3 business days outside these areas.  Express & Regular Post satchels are able to be tracked through the Australia Post website.  However they do not include insurance or signature on delivery.  Should you require insurance and/or signature on delivery, please request these extras at the time of placing your order.

The Quilters' Store will not be responsible for any orders lost in transit.  Australia Post is responsible for the delivery of parcels.  Please ensure that we have a correct address for delivery.  Should an order go missing whilst in transit, we will contact Australia Post on your behalf and lodge an enquiry and/or compensation claim with Australia Post.
